RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Policy
- At the Dhwani Bansal studio each piece of jewellery is meticulously handmade using traditional crafting techniques which result in each piece being unique and slightly different from one another. We pride ourselves deeply in the work we do, and are sorry if they don't match up to your expectations!
- All our products go through a stringent quality and safety checks before being shipped out.
- We do not accept Returns or Exchanges if the pieces vary slightly in terms of design or colour from one another or the photographs on the website.
- We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for orders shipped to any other country other than the United States.
- In the United States, we offer free returns, if the item(s) is/are returned unworn and in perfect condition within 5 days from the date of receipt of the item. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Refunds
- We are happy to answer any questions related to Dhwani Bansal products but are unable to process any refunds for any product purchased on or outside of dhwanibansal.com
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or Exchanges will only be accepted if your order has been damaged in transit or the incorrect product has been sent out to you.
- In this case, we urge you to inform us within 2 days of receiving it.
- Returns will be accepted of pieces that are in their original form and haven't been worn.
- Exchanges will only be made on receiving the shipment in its original packaging with all the articles intact.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Notify us at sales@dhwanibansal.com with an image of the product as received, outlining the issues you face with it within 2 days of receiving it, beyond which we will be unable to process the complaint.
- A confirmation E-mail will be sent out by our team initiating the process once approved.
- A Return will be arranged by a mutually convenient return method.
- In case of a Return, once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original Shipping fee will not be refunded.
- In case of an Exchange, a new piece will be sent out to you.
Not accepting Returns when
- An incorrect or outdated address has been given.
- Package has been refused by the recipient.
- Products returned are found to be used or in a damaged condition.
- On the basis of minor colour and design variation.
